Terms and Conditions - Homeland Farm

Bookings are normally made through Airbnb.
Private bookings are secured by a 25% non-refundable deposit, of the full amount of the holiday cost, bookings are not guaranteed until this is paid to Homeland Farm. The remaining balance for the holiday is to be paid one month before the holiday is due to commence. We will send a reminder via email approximately one week before it is due.
Due to Covid we have agreed that a full refund is available if the holiday cannot take place due to travel or Covid related restrictions.
Homeland Farm and its facilities are used entirely at the clients own risk. Homeland Farm will not accept liability in the respect of any person or their property.
The proprietors have the right to refuse admission to Homeland Farm or cut short a holiday where behaviour is detrimental to Homeland Farm or other clients.
Bedding and towels are supplied for your use in the Airstreams. Please bring your own towels for the beach/outdoor activities.
All clients are to vacate the property by 9.00am (10am by prior arrangement) on the day of departure and arrivals should not be before 4pm unless previously arranged.
Homeland Farm is a No Smoking establishment.
Pets are only allowed in Poppy Airstream by prior agreement.
The lighting of fires is prohibited. Barbecues are available for your use.
Please ensure that children are well behaved and not allowed to climb the walls or over the fences into the animal enclosures.
Please ensure that units are left clean on departure.
